Customer Service


    • Orders are processed within two-three business days of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days).
    • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
    • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays)
    • All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
    • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
    • International shipments:  When purchasing goods online, some or all of these goods may not originate in the country you reside in, therefore are subject to a customs duty, which is a tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders. Duties and taxes are most typically not included in the price of the goods you purchase online, and might not be included in the overall shipping costs you pay to Pinch of Colour. The payment of duties and taxes are typically the responsibility of the buyer.


If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase for any reason, please return it for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase date.  Product must be unused and in their original condition and packaging for a free exchange or prompt refund.  We are unable to accept used products.

Unfortunately, return shipping fees are not refundable. For prompt and accurate service, please include a copy of your original invoice and reason for return.  Please be as specific as possible so that we can better serve you now and in the future.

Your return will be processed and your account credited within 15 to 30 days from receipt.
